I started hosting my entire apartment in February of 2015. I love it. I also have a separate listing for the traveler who wants a private bedroom only. It is a cheaper rate but they will get a great experience, safe, and good night's sleep, with access to the kitchen. So, I manage two calendars but there is much less confusion for the traveler.
