I am new to Airnb hosting as of Jan. 2025. I live fairly close so it’s easier to manage it myself. Bookings are slow, but I know it takes time. I already am looking for other properties! LOL I enjoy my family and keeping busy. I am fairly involved with my community theater as a propmaster (or mistress). So I spend some spare time building things and working backstage at shows. Oh, and I like paint too!
