Your opinion wanted on my review for complaining guest

Too much detail.

Martha and her party left the house clean and followed most of the House Rules. She complained about the house not being clean (I clean it myself and have a checklist and it was very clean, never had a complaint), we immediately reached out, without getting a response. We allowed a late checkout (3hrs) at no additional cost; however, after their stay, they requested compensation outside of the Air platform (which is against Air’s ToS) saying that payment would affect their review. We declined.

Then don’t recommend and if her review is less than stellar, respond to her review if it seems retaliatory.
