- discount seekers who start out by saying āother similar properties to yours are cheaperā

If I didnāt host:
- Other hosts
- Young people/students
- People in the area for family reunions
- People who occupy to the max
ā¦ then Iād only have half the occupancy I have. And theyāre no bother.
