Do you have a moderate cancellation policy?

Arlene, we used to have strict, then went to moderate, then to flexible. It seems that the cancellation policy we use makes no difference at all to our booking rate. Others might not find the same but we very rarely get cancellations and changing from one policy to another hasn’t ever affected us to date.
