Couple of thoughts here…

  1. I know the original poster stated as a fact that ‘wishlisted’ properties go to the top of the pack, but is there any evidence for this or is it a red herring?

  2. I’m personally disinclined to add listings which either don’t have good reviews/ratings or infrequent posters or newbies who come on here on just post their listing without some much as a please or thank you.

Just my twopence worth.
