Why do so many guests assume it is "entire house" rental?

I’ve actually had airbnb add beds to my listing lol! They get the bottom half of my house with it’s own entrance. I started having people ask to “use the beds in the common area” and I’m like what?? I went and checked and somehow 3 beds had been added. It wasn’t by me! Now I say private room, even though they have the entire lower level of my house. I’m set up for 1 or 2 people and I don’t want people sleeping all over my basement. They’ve certainly tried!

I’m guessing the view of the 8 lane highway out the front of my place would not be the selling point :joy:

I agree! I have several different ones too and hardly ever do I have to write one. They all ask the same questions and I have one I send to everyone whether they’ve asked or not.

Maybe some people are confused because under ‘Hosts are Peggy and Mike’ it looks like you live in Atlanta.
