I suddenly stopped getting bookings (South Florida). This time last year was much busier. I notice there are a lot of new listings in my area for similar places, some at extremely low prices. There is a lot of competition. I got two 3 star ratings recently for location, but I still show up as 5 stars, superhost, etc. so I don’t think it’s that.
