When the guests love it but you don't love the guest

It’s very-very rarely I leave negative review to my guests, buy when I do I never regret.
Why can they leave even if nothing is true in it and we can’t?
I had more then one experience guest wrote absolute rubbish like room or apt was too small or too far from the beach and so on, despite I detail everything on my properties pages.
I work a lot with Booking and unfortunately there’s no place to leave a review about guest.
Just imagine - guest knew it was forbidden to smoke inside the room and when I came a few hours after the check out they still were in the room in bed smoking!
So why should I write about such morons, sorry, anything positive? Unfortunately, I even couldn’t leave a review, since they booked on B.

Mine says “This is a home, and it’s lived in. This is a perfectionist free zone. If you are particular, we recommend a hotel.”
