Mine has the house name in every header on every booking site and on google maps.
It gives a potential guest some security on the reality of a be listing if they see it everywhere
I use icons in my title - I think both ASCII and Unicode work - try them & see. Just google ascii icons or unicode icons to see a bunch. Here is one site. http://xahlee.info/comp/unicode_index.html
For some, when I see them on the website they are not colored, but on the app the color really pops.

I thought they didn’t allow icons or emoticons?
Your cabin is beautiful. Do you also direct book from your website? In addition to thru Abb?
It is against their TOS but when I searched the sight on how to report it (because they recently just purchased two new mobile homes and placed them on their farm that now DO directly compete with me for some clientele) I instead found threads on their Community Forum about how many people actually DO use them and so I decided to Try doing the same thing for now.
“Hiawassee Lakefront Mountain Suite – on the point!” I opted for descriptions that I thought people might search on – lakefront, Hiawassee, and/or mountain – and the “on the point” is a reference to what I consider, and then explain, a key selling point. We own the entire point and so while we are close to town, it really feels secluded and the vistas are 270 degrees.
“It’s not (name of the most popular neighborhood). But it’s close. So close.”
I used to get dinged on location until I changed the listing title. Now about a third of my reviews specifically mention the great location. Win!
They are in my title, and I see many other hosts that have them. Here are some other hosts have used.
A community airbnb thread on it:
Which leads to the airbnb content policy forbidding it. Yet they allow it, and have for over a year.

The following are violations specific to the type of the content on Airbnb:
Listing Titles
- Listing titles that do not serve the purpose of providing information relevant to the listing type, style, or experience
- Listing titles that include symbols or emojis
Thanks @Militaryhorsegal for the references to the articles and TOS! I just never thought that airbnb would allow it, but forbid it at the same time.
Very nicely done!! Way to go! From lemons to lemonade!
You’re welcome. It’s just like 3rd party bookings…not allowed but “oh will you please let us make money off of you?”
I wonder if Air would catch on if I changed from River Rock Retreat to Search River Rock Retreat… to get direct bookings:)
