I charge 20% plus cleaning fee. (which goes to cleaner) I handle all communication, coordinate calendars, optimize listing, optimize images, provide dynamic pricing, coordinate cleaning and maintenance.
I think some co-hosts charge a higher percentage for lower rental fees. And this is a very good question.
