Once you guys connect you might want to remove your email @Lakehost because this is a public forum and anyone can read any post, logged in or not. So you might get unsolicited emails.

I’ve done this. It was a 30 day snowbird rental. The wife was unhappy because their friend’s rental was larger, heated pool & workout facilities. The friends were paying 2.5x more.
She got on my last nerve. I told her if she found a place to rent she liked better, I would refund any unused days.
They stayed. She didn’t talk to me again. Worked for me

LOL! Good for you. What did she want anyway?! It’s not like you could “add” those amenities and CLEARLY she didn’t want to pay for them. When I think I’ve seen or read it all…

If ever we are allowed to travel overseas again like before, then (if in the US?) we’d swerve your way. Lovely looking house, my taste in interiors and all for §89 a night. Check me in, even though there’s only two of us!
