Weirdly low star ratings on review

I actually ask guests if they are up to listening about what s nearby or not. Most answer that they can google everything, but about 20% ask where to go and what to see.If they are after transatlantic flight they dont want to talk to me, but just sleep. Many of my guests check in when i am not there, and call me after words if they have any questions
