For those hosts who have a website, do you link to AirBnb for booking or have an other payment system in place? What system do you use for booking and for payment?

No, why would I link to AirBnB for booking, and give away complete control over the booking?
Why do you need a system for payment and booking? I used to manage my 8 apartments trough email, spreadsheet and bank transfer. Cheap and flexible.
I am now using hotelsoftware to manage my bookings, mainly because I had to start using a cash registry.
But 99% of my payments are handled the old way, by asking for a down payment trough a bank transfer.
The occasional non-EU guest can use my pay-pal account.
I am using lodgify.
