Indeed. Posts about guests having sex are always fun.
Since when did you speak on behalf of the forum @HostAirbnbVRBO - have you become an admin ?
Since the forum was a group welcoming of first posts of new members.
Not always - quite a few are scammers - still seems odd that you would speak on behalf of the group
There is nothing wrong with his post. Moderators can’t be here 24/7 and having another member answer a question is helpful. As for using the word “we” instead of “I” to welcome a new member, not worth a public scolding.
Updating to account for the pandemic. Things slowed due to the pandemic of course. Now, I’d estimate I’ve had over 1000 guests, 9 years and still zero serious problems. The 4-8 little problems are forgettable in hindsight.
You have to have been a member for a certain period of time before you’ve earned enough trust to be permitted to post a topic. That’s why you don’t see ‘+ New Topic’ at far right. See below.
You can ask one of the moderators, like @KKC , when you can post.
BTW, you cannot post a topic whose purpose is to sell something, though you can discuss that with the moderator.

People can place paper napkins or toilet paper on walls, piece by piece. and then spray them with vinegar. The paper will immediately stick to glass or ceramic tiles when the vinegar is misted on. After about 10 minutes, you can use a glass scraper or similar tool to lift the wet paper off. The results are remarkable.
Hi all, just joined the forum and wanted to say hello. I’m based in the UK and have been hosting on Airbnb for about 4 years now across 3 properties. Always looking to connect with other hosts and share what’s working. Looking forward to being part of the community!
