This explains why we are so booked! Our guests are mainly business people with very short stays, not the type of guest that wants interaction from a host, asking them details of their trip. Since our description, house rules, etc., have been refined by many years of Hosting, we’re pretty confident that we have it all covered for a guest before they book.
We’re happy that instant book is left on as a default. It takes away a lot of the ‘frightened newbie hosts’ from our competition and of course it puts us higher in the search rankings because so many others are removed.
