I still haven’t found (ok, I need to look a little harder probably) what the definition of “good review/rating” or “bad review/rating” means for a guest and how that’s determined.
I just keep hearing if a previous host marked “would not host again” that a person can’t IB but I need to find that on the Air site.
Had something similar happen pre-Covid. Potential guest couldn’t IB because he had 2 reviews and one was very poor written and stars. So I asked him about the stay and he went off on me.
Aside from other red flags, his behavior after asking him to explain what happened was all I needed to write “This isn’t a fit for you, please remove your request to book. Thank you.”
Mine was an Enquiry and his question was regarding smoking, which I allow outside. Responded within 5 minutes, so I allowed it to expire…
