Trouble with getting documentation to Claims Department

Hey all,

I’m in the process of submitting a Host Guarantee Form, the form kept failing to upload my pictures for evidence of a bad hosting experience. So my case manager said it would be fine to email them to her by responding to her email she sent me.

I have since tried ending her multiple emails with the documentation. Each time she emails me back (at 3AM my time) that she doesn’t see them and that I should send them to her. I’m getting very frustrated as i’m clearly attaching PDF’s as attachments.

Do I have any other options?

Copy and paste the picture into the email instead of attaching it. Worked for me in a similar case
