Exactly, he was a nice guy. I remember he described his listing as “very clean, but elegant we ain’t.” Hahaha, that still makes me laugh.
My listing is back up and I just thought I would tell you what worked. I kept calling and emailing. Finally the guy who was helping played with it at his end. I was on insta book… he turned off the insta book and cleared the system on his back end. Then he turned the insta book back on and I immediately re-appeared. So call and asking them to do that and see what happens. There technical team never seemed to do anything with it. Probably they have a backlog. Good Luck.
