I don’t need the leak detectors for my water heater as I use Aquanta with leak detector. Aquanta is for the water heater (electric or gas) as the best thermostat is for the HVAC. It has been VERY helpful for my whole house listings where they also have no residents when gusts are not renting. Also very helpful in general for being economical w the second highest cost producer (HVAC being the number one).
