As with any search it helps to use a variety of terms to find what you’re looking for.
There are some guests who are just bad …and there is nothing we as hosts can do to correct the situation …the faster we recognize " trouble" …the easier our lives as hosts will be .
This post is of course for those members who had their share of bad guests …not those who " never" experienced anything but perfect
As mentioned before in my other posts in current market and low season I use Craigslist to host a minimum one week guests and saving Air for high traffic winter month s hopefully .
…
What if,
a database is created here to save informations about guest, only problematic guests.
save Information of Names of guests
save Information how the tricked hosts
save Information what they damaged in host poperty
I think, it is necessary to do Things like that because Airbnb is mostly leaving us alone
with the Damage guests broght in.
The challenge should be, that every host can check the database and decide if he fulfills the
booking request.
So other hosts will be warned cause…
I have about 6-8 weeks before it closes. We need to do minor repairs (paint, replace carpet) and furnish the entire place. We plan on having everything queued in shopping carts so we can order on closing day and have it delivered that week. What else can we do to make sure we get the place up and running as quickly as possible to try and capture renters before the summer season ends?
Hi all
I would like to report a bad tenant so that other hosts are notified when he books with them. Any idea how to do this? Any help will be much appreciated:)
