Using a spreadsheet is certainly one way to go. What do you put in yours?

The top row is each rating category and each star level that I’ve been rated at (five, four, three). The second row is the total number in each category and number of stars prior to the date I started the spreadsheet (the base numbers).

The right column is the guests’ names. I fill in the star categories and numbers.

Hi @EllenN,

I see. I’ll probably just go with a CSV file. They’re easier to manipulate, edit, and diff. Thanks for the info.
