Until the last couple months, we would always receive a text message alert of new inquiries and messages from guests. Recently, this has ceased. Has anyone else noticed this?
I’m still getting them regularly. But it can glitch off and on for sure.

Mine has stopped to!
I get a text message and an email.
I contacted air and now mine is working again
Check your notification settings are still in place. if all boxes are ticked etc. This wasnt the problem with mine but its worth checking.
Also check if you are getting push notifications on the app. Do you not get SMS notifications either? Try also to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that helps.
