Sydney price surges?

Hi fellow hosts

Any Sydney hosts (I’m near Sydney airport) that know of dates this year likely to be higher booking rates. Apart from the obvious NYE ect I usually have a static price. I’m wondering if times like Easter are worth jacking prices up.

School holidays, long weekends, festivals, events. Have a look at what the airport hotels prices are.

The whole of December & January, Easter, and School Holidays are peak season pretty much anywhere in my experience. That’s certainly when we bump up our prices.
