Oh! I didn’t even know that was an option! Had no idea that guests could choose a non-refundable option and pay less! Good info. Wish Air would let hosts now this stuff.
…and yes, it is not for bookings within a two week period. But it still has almost completely eliminated the need to waste time getting people refunded who made booking mistakes. We used to get one of those every few months before the 48 hr cancellation was put into place.
