I have oak floors and area rugs, so it’s not a problem. If it was, I would just pull up the Ecovac app on my phone and remote control my robovac.

But I don’t want my guests to feel afraid to leave footprints on the area rugs…

I’m not afraid for guests to leave footprints. I just don’t want my footprints in the guestroom before guests enter.
