More & more people are coming to Airbnb, which is great of course. But on the other side, it makes the prices we can ask melt down. 
So I was wondering if you knew a particular way to attract more guests to your listing?
Is there way to provide more value to your hosts without ruining yourself ?
I already use BeyondPricing and other kind of tools…

On this site I can recommend activities (museums, restaurants, cafés, cool places…) to travellers (and thus potential guests) in order to provide extra value to my guests & increase my bookings
