GOOD POINT! Thank you for confirming that, because the risk has constantly been running through my head. Maybe I’ll try just leasing my own room out a few times while staying with a friend. Mainly to get a feel for how things will work and how South Tahoe’s market is during the Fall, Winter, and Spring. Then I’ll go from there and see if I want to get serious about finding the appropriate property and landlord that is willing to let me sublease. Your advice is much appreciated! Thank you
