Should I use my guest account for my host account?

I’m a long time Airbnb guest and I’m getting ready to sign up as a host. I could use my existing account or I could set up a new account with my partner as the host account.

What are the pros and cons of having my guest account be the same as the host account? What are the pros and cons of having them be separate accounts?

Well… I would say the obvious…? If you only have good reviews, use your own! If you don’t, start anew. Remember that Air will report you to the IRS at year’s end…the name of the person on the account.
