Setting expectations for new Airbnb guests who are used to hotels

Just an update per your request! The guest stayed here and it wasn’t so bad after all. She did give way too much information though about all her health and personal problems, and I was honestly a bit worried that she might have a health emergency while here (“I have seizures and pass out frequently”). Once I got through the initial odd sharing of personal information, she was a great guest and we never crossed paths again. She gave me a glowing review, so overall it worked out.


Thanks for reporting back. It’s really good practice to try and give each prospective guest the benefit of the doubt. It works out most of the time.
