Maybe it’s been there all along but I just noticed it. When you have the calendar up, if you click on a day or range of days, on the right just under Nightly Price the calculation appears for Guest Pays and Payout, and also shows “2 day minimum” or whatever you have set. If you click on More, you get the details. Handy!
What system are you viewing this on? I just checked on the app and on the website from my phone but did not see it.
I am on my Mac running Safari. It also shows up on the app on my iPad, but interestingly not on the app on my iPhone. I am in Australia by the way.

I’ve seen it as well for a few months (and in Oz). I know different countries have different regulations about including and explaining all fees and taxes upfront.
