Their bias to the guest is becoming a joke. I have had a lot of issues with making claims and with guests who they side with.
The problem I have is Airbnb generate about 60% of my income so I cannot pull all the listing until have found replacement sights for the same income. But I dread Airbnb guests, because if something happens I know I have a fight on my hands where I am going to get frustrated trying to claim back small amounts of money. Every single claim costs me money and time.
Cannot wait to not be dealing with them anymore!
