Search ranking - decline or pre-approve

This was discussed on another thread. It confused me too because of the clock counting down warning you to either pre-approve or decline. You do not have to do either. Just respond. To stop the clock simply refresh the screen. You won’t be penalized for not hitting the button.

Pre-approved inquiry for the same day

This has been an issue with us on multiple occasions. Someone makes an inquiry about staying with us. For example, today someone asked how close we are to the center of town. I answered their question and pre-approved their stay. The guest has 24 hours to decide whether to accept or not. But, when the stay happens on the same day as the reservation, we are left hanging.
