Yeah, not helpful. The search area expands here in a similar way. When there aren’t many listings still available the search area expands greatly, to about a 100 mile radius. Which of course is supremely unhelpful when I’m one of the only listings for literally hundreds of miles and I’ve got my price at it’s regular rate instead of a deep discount on open nights as so many recommend.
