I was just writing a review for a guest and I noticed that a guest who is yet to stay with us seems to have left a review. The message says the review is hidden until we review them. Very strange as they are due to stay tonight.
How very odd. I’ve had this message when a guest, who has actually stayed, has written their review before I have, but certainly not before they’ve even stayed. I suspect this is another of Air’s tech glitches and I would call them before the guest arrives if you can.
