Response rate stuck at zero

So we’ve been hosting for about a week now and have responded to all messages, pre-approvals, requests, etc. instantly. We’ve had 4 complete bookings with good reviews. As the title suggest, our response rate is 0%. Any thoughs? Airbnb doesn’t respond to my question so I’m kind of at a loss… i guess their response rate is zero too, hehe.

If I recall correctly, it took a while for my response rate to start calculating when I first started.

I have also found that if you tweet at Airbnb help on twitter they respond quite quickly.

i’m having this problem now. i’ve been a host for years, and my response rate has always been 100%. but now it’s stuck on 0% and i don’t know why. any tips?

This is a glitch and it won’t affect you.
