Did Airbnb remove hosts’ ability to publicly respond to reviews? We just got a review I wanted to respond to (it was a nice one and I just wanted to say thanks), and there was no Response link to click.
I can’t remember if I’m looking in the right place, but it seems we used to be able to just view our profile and respond to any review. Anyone know what happened? Or am I totally forgetting where the response link was!?
It’s on the Stats page. Click on View All Reviews. Look at the Reviews About You. At the bottom of the review it says Leave Public Response in red.
Or is it because its past the 14-day limit Jon?
