Resolution Center question, can't find answer on how to update

I feel like this should be obvious but I cannot find an answer to my question. I just submitted a request for funds through the resolution center and, after getting a quote, the amount I requested is too low. I want to go back into the Resolution Center and update my request/claim. The guest has not responded yet. I want to add a photo with the quote and change the dollar amount requested.

In lieu of being able to figure this out, I’ve messaged her with the new quoted amount and said I would update the request as soon as I figured out how.

Would really appreciate a response. Thanks!

Have you tried calling airbnb to assist you?

You can’t edit it. But can you withdraw it? Call Airbnb now in case you can’t or you will be stuck with that lower amount.

You can cancel a resolution center request.
