I feel like this should be obvious but I cannot find an answer to my question. I just submitted a request for funds through the resolution center and, after getting a quote, the amount I requested is too low. I want to go back into the Resolution Center and update my request/claim. The guest has not responded yet. I want to add a photo with the quote and change the dollar amount requested.
In lieu of being able to figure this out, I’ve messaged her with the new quoted amount and said I would update the request as soon as I figured out how.
Would really appreciate a response. Thanks!
