I agree. People have accidents and I’m going to assume she didn’t know. I have some reservations about someone brings an unauthorized dog and would want to know that. But if you aren’t sure then I guess you leave it out.
I agree about the dog, but I feel like I can’t prove it.
I have a camera on the way, should be here Thursday. We’re going to try it out here at home and hopefully it will work just fine and we can try to make a trip down to NM to get it installed soon.

IMO, a guest who steps up like that and takes responsibility without hesitation has earned cred. But, it is your call to make.
Personally, I would ignore the “likely dog” since things were resolved amicably but (shaking magic 8 ball) … cameras are in your future!

Agree! Especially for first time Airbnb users! Seems a lot of the new users are acting a little entitled. These seemed to own their mistakes. The review draft looked perfect.
