My first guest and I agreed on an additional fee, she paid via the resolution center. I see on the email that I was paid 100% of the fee and I asked for the amount she says she paid, so…no 3% deduction and no ABB fee on top of the base amount? And ABB paid me today, not waiting for her to check in
Is that usual?
The fee is a booking commission, so it wouldn’t apply to resolution transfers.
Out of curiosity, why did you charge your first guest an additional fee?
We agreed on an extra service and since she was my very first ABB, I was not certain how to do it properly.
