Thought I’d share this rental grader with you. It uses Everbooked data to estimate how much rental income you could be earning based on your location, # of bedrooms, etc.

It’s kind of a bit irritating that a lot of websites such as yourselves are for America only.
Ah, I can imagine that would be frustrating, and I’m sorry about that, Kristy.

The UK but I’m from New Zealand 
Is there a way to manipulate variables such as kitchens and other amenities?
