Did he pay the extra rate? If so, I’d be a little easier on him… In the private feedback discuss his undisclosed friends?? He sounds just clueless rather than deliberately rude?

I think your response should have been, “sure for $75 paid now and the third occupant leaves at 11 am.” I bet he would have found the guy another place to stay. BTW, $10 is too low to discourage anyone, make it $35 or $40 for a second person per night.
Did you endup leaving a negative review?

In the end he didn’t review me and I didn’t review him. If he did review me I would have went in on him about all that I had a problem with.
