Yeah unfortunately, they do seem to favor the guests in these matters.
Iām going through the same thing. My room was just trashed, cat puss and litter, lamps on the floorā¦and more. Bnb is giving me a hard time about invoices??? I had a guest coming the next day!
Was I supposed to cancelled her 2 week trip to try and get bids and invoices???
I think Iām done with Airbnb and online short term rentals. There are plenty of people looking for 1 3 6 8 and 1 year leases.
Too much work, no protection for us hostsā¦
Its a shameā¦Iām the only one in Vegas that offers Big Dogs, 420 and smoking outside.
