Yes, return guests can leave another review. Annoyingly, when a guest extends their stay they are asked to write two reviews as are the hosts.

I had a guest pop up again from when I first opened and was offering what I have now determined to be a profitless rate. She wants to come back now at the same rate as before, which is less than 1/4th of the current rates. How would you approach this?

I tell repeats to go on the site, check the prices that are on offer for the dates they want and then to book offsite with me (so their discount is not paying the Airbnb fee)
