So I’ve already inspected the room, stripped the beds, put the laundry in, checked for food spillages in the fridge or on the worktop, helped myself to any edible food, set the robot going, opened all the windows and several other immediate post-stay jobs then the next on the list is the review.
I generally have an inkling, I mean I provide a clean place with lots of amenities and consistently get good reviews.
I send a check out message and I tell them thanks for staying and being great guests and I will review them this afternoon when I get the email from AirBnb. I see no point in waiting, 98% of my guests get a short and simple 5 star review.
