I’ve owned two Vacation Rental Condos in Santa Cruz, CA since 2011 and have had a great experience. In fact, I’m in the process of pulling equity out of those condos to buy a third! No, I don’t have the third picked out yet. I’m hunting around for good deals in CA.

If you decide to purchase in Scottsdale, I am able to Co-Host. I currently Co-host a property for a couple from California, who purchased a property here in Scottsdale. Sometimes property management companies do not give the personalized attention that your property needs or the second eyes that an owner would like.
I make the properties I co host, my priority and am able to report back to the owner immediately. I have a 4.9 rating in properties I host and co-host.
