Private feedback has me scratching my head

@CeeBee, going back to your original post! Yes, it’s a very odd logic, isn’t it?

“I wish you’d let us know we’d be charged for breakages … then we wouldn’t have broken anything!”

Gosh. I never thought about this. Mine are tan in color. Switching to all black now. Washcloths are 4 for $1. I think .25 if it walks is not too bad. Put up a sign, please don’t take the cloths, I can sell you some if you like, or just charge you for the ones missing. That might work.

This needs to go on that hall of fame list of stupid things guests do/think/complain about!
Like… the beach was too sandy

Yeah, I probably need to offer ones that aren’t as nice. I get them for a decent price at Marshall’s/Home Goods, but I’m tired of losing the $5. I used grey ones for quite awhile, but those got splotchy from (I’m guessing) benzoyl peroxide. I think I’ll pick some up at Costco next time I go. I provide makeup wipes and face cleaner, so I don’t usually get a ton of makeup stains, thankfully.

I love them and offer them in my listing - so facecloth, hand towel and bath towel to use in the shower/bath and make up removers for… you’ve guessed it - taking off make up.

I find quite a few of my guests use the face towels.
