Price shoppers making me nervous!

When this sort of thing happens, I decline the booking. If I’ve already booked it when this starts, I promptly suggest to them that they can likely find a cheaper place where they would be happier, and that they’re welcome to cancel their booking with no penalty if they do so within 12 hours. Once they cancel, I make a full refund. A bad review can cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars in bookings. Better to refund the nit-picker and move on.

But you can’t refund the Air fees, and nor should you!
