I live in LA, and I’m looking for an apartment that I can live in, and when I’m out of town rent it out to air B&B guests. I need advice on the best type of apartment for me to host guests in. And how do you deal with or circumnavigate nosy neighbors and/or landlords?
You’ll want to make sure the landlord’s insurance will accommodate short term bookings. Otherwise, you could both find yourselves in a precarious position.
