I respectfully disagree. When I started my whole house listing it had a working kitchen but I had not yet purchased cutlery, pots and pans.

Not specifically. Basically, just pointing out that what may seem obvious to some will not be so for others.
Nope I totally disagree, in the 100âs of Airbnbs I have stayed in I have never been in one where there was a kitchen but no utensils. I have stayed in plenty where the kitchenware was basic but not one where the kitchen was empty. Throughout South America it was normal to have only 1 saucepan 1 frying pan, 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 plates and 2 cups, just the bare essentials.

Just because you didnât stay in any doesnât mean they donât exist. They do. Mine was a perfect example in the beginning.
